1. How do I create an account?
Creating a GARD PRO account is simple and gives you access to order tracking, purchase history, and faster checkout.
Here’s how to create your account:
Go to our homepage: www.gardpro.com
Click on the profile icon in the top-right corner.
Select “Create Account”.
Fill in your name, email address, and choose a secure password.
Click “Create” — and you're all set!
📩 After registration, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Make sure to check your spam folder if it doesn’t arrive right away.
2. Can I cancel or change my order?
We process orders quickly, so making changes is only possible before your item is shipped.
✅ To cancel or change your order:
Contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
Provide your order number and the changes you’d like to make (e.g. cancel, change product, update address).
Important notes:
If your order has already shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled.
In that case, you may need to return the item once it arrives. See our Return Policy for more information.
3. How do I reset my password or update my email?
🔐 Reset your password:
Go to the login page.
Click “Forgot password?”
Enter your email and follow the instructions sent to your inbox.
📧 To update your email address:
Unfortunately, email addresses cannot be changed manually through your account.

Include your old email, new email, and order number (if applicable) — and we’ll update it for you.
