1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of secure and convenient payment options to make your checkout smooth:

2. Where can I find my invoice?
An invoice is automatically sent to your email after completing your purchase.
📄 To retrieve your invoice:
Check your order confirmation email — it includes the prizes you paid.
Can’t find it? Search for “GARD PRO” or “order confirmation” in your inbox.
Still missing? Contact us at [email protected] and we’ll resend it to you.
If you need a business invoice with VAT details, let us know and include your company information.
3. My payment failed — what should I do?
If your payment isn’t going through, don’t worry. This can happen for a few reasons.

Your card was declined due to insufficient funds or bank restrictions
The billing address didn’t match the one registered to your card
