1. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of secure and convenient payment options to make your checkout smooth:

✅ Accepted Payment Methods:

  • Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro

  • PayPal

  • Apple Pay & Google Pay (on supported devices)

  • iDEAL (Netherlands)

  • Bancontact (Belgium)

  • Klarna (Pay now, Pay later – available in selected countries)

  • Shop Pay

All payments are processed securely, and your data is encrypted to protect your privacy.


2. Where can I find my invoice?

An invoice is automatically sent to your email after completing your purchase.

📄 To retrieve your invoice:

  • Check your order confirmation email — it includes the prizes you paid.

  • Can’t find it? Search for “GARD PRO” or “order confirmation” in your inbox.

  • Still missing? Contact us at [email protected] and we’ll resend it to you.

If you need a business invoice with VAT details, let us know and include your company information.


3. My payment failed — what should I do?

If your payment isn’t going through, don’t worry. This can happen for a few reasons.

🔎 Common reasons:

  • Your card was declined due to insufficient funds or bank restrictions

  • The billing address didn’t match the one registered to your card

  • Temporary connection issues during checkout

🛠️ How to fix it:

  • Try a different payment method (e.g. PayPal or another card)

  • Double-check your billing details

  • Clear your browser cache or try again in incognito mode

  • Contact your bank to make sure they’re not blocking the payment
